Cynthia J. Conza

Ms. Conza has extensive experience representing individuals and fiduciaries in all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration. Her practice includes representing executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in the probate process, and she has substantial experience successfully representing clients in contested estate proceedings in the New York State Surrogate's Court. 


Ms. Conza's practice also encompasses providing legal guidance to families and individuals in all stages of estate planning, with a focus on Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts and Supplemental Needs Trusts. 


In addition to her estate planning and probate practice, Ms. Conza also represents purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including advising parties engaged in 1031 Exchanges.


Ms. Conza is a graduate of Georgetown University and attended law school at St. Jonh's University, where she was the recipient of the St. Thomas More Scholarship, a full tuition academic merit scholarship.
